The Owner may be authorized to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, provided that such consent is not withdrawn. Our application complies with the Google Workspace API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements, as required by Google's guidelines.

• We do not use the data to train artificial intelligence models, nor do we perform any form of predictive analysis based on the information collected through the APls.

 Scopes and Specific Purposes

 • Google Drive (drive.file): Access is limited to the listing of Spreadsheet files in Drive, allowing the user to select the document they want to use in the system flow.

 • Google Sheets: Data is read and updated in real time, with the sole purpose of performing functions requested directly by the user.

 • Google Calendar (Calendar): Existing events are read only to avoid duplicate scheduling (overbooking). New events are added to the calendar only when the user confirms a new appointment.

 • Dialogflow: The tool is used exclusively to interpret messages and detect intentions in an automated way, without any reuse or undue retention of user data.

 

We emphasize that all these interactions respect, in a transparent and documented way, the principles of the Limited Use policy required by Google. This section is public, accessible and directly linked to the purpose of compliance with the verification process.

Pages manage metadata: Allows the registration and receipt of webhooks about activities on the Page, and updating settings in the Page.

 

Pages manage posts: Allows the creation, editing and deletion of User Page posts.

 

Pages read engagement: Provides access to content (posts, photos, videos, events) posted by the Page, access to follower data (including name, PSID), and profile photo, and access to metadata and other insights about the Page.

 

Local User Pages: Provides access to the User's location through the connected Page.

 

Time zone User Pages: Grants access to a User's time zone through the connected Page.
